Terms and Conditions for Course Participants

  1. Booking and Payment

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to booking of all in-person courses as advertised on the Manual Concepts website.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place in the course.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal or other approved methods. Please note that any transaction fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Manual Concepts.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations are issued based on the notice period provided before the course start date:

  • More than 90 days prior to the course start date:
    100% refund, less PayPal transaction fees.
  • 60 to 89 days prior:
    50% refund, less PayPal transaction fees.
  • Less than 60 days prior:
    No refund available.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

  1. Course Changes and Cancellations by Manual Concepts

  • Manual Concepts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances, including minimum participant numbers not being met.
  • In the event of a cancellation by Manual Concepts, participants will receive a full refund, including any transaction fees.
  • If a course is rescheduled, participants may choose to transfer their booking to the new date or receive a full refund.

  1. Attendance and Participation

  • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively engage in course activities.
  • Certificates of completion (where applicable) will only be issued to participants who meet attendance and participation requirements.

  1. Liability

  • Manual Concepts is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the course.
  • Travel, accommodation, and other associated costs are the responsibility of the participant.
  • Manual Concepts will confirm courses with participants at least 28 days prior to commencement.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials provided are the intellectual property of Manual Concepts and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Manual Concepts is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course administration and communication purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
